My fiancé and I both work full time (with my schedule being especially hectic) so needless to say we weren't very accommodating with scheduling house visits. Luckily for us Amy more than made up for it not only during the house viewing process but once we were under contract she made sure to coordinate and meet will all the inspectors so that we didn't have to keep leaving work. Amy helped me understand the process and make decisions regarding the preparation of the condo for showing. My aunt passed away during the month the condo was put on the market, and I was no longer the POA. Amy is an amazing realtor. I was very undecided about selling my house and where would I go if I sold my Cornell Drive house quickly. Amy was amazing she explained to me every aspect of the selling and buying process since I had bought my house 26 years ago. Amy asked what city I would like to possibly live in I mentioned 2 or 3 different towns, we figured out a budget with the help of Weicherts in house mortgage man Joe Margo who was also amazing, crunched numbers and was able to find out how much house I was comfortable buying. Now the hunt began Amy would send an email everyday with available houses, if one peaked my interest we made an appointment and looked some were very nice others not for me. Then one day a phone call to Joe Margo with a question and I found out that Amy had just gotten a listing for a townhouse in her complex Southwyck Village in Scotch Plains, mind you I had been to a few open houses in Southwyck some hosted by Amy some not. I absolutely fell in love with the complex so when Joe told me Amy had gotten a listing and in my price range I knew I had to be the first one to look at it. Amy made arrangements for me to look at it , well I spent an hour in my now new home for 1 Hour. Amy knew that it was the one for me and my children . That was the longest that i stayed at any house I had looked at. If you are looking for a realtor trust Amy Levine because I did and I am so glad I did she became my neighbor and friend. Weichert also has in house everything from mortgage to insurance and more.... I used them for all my needs.

That said, she was simultaneously a powerful advocate who made sure that my interests were completely protected at all times.
Finally, in my past experiences buying and selling homes, my realtors did the bare minimum and clearly wanted to get through the transactions as quickly as possible. This experience with Amy was different on every level and now I understand all that I *should* have received during those previous transactions. Amy Levine is the best realtor in the area. I would give her 10 stars if there was room for it! 5 years or so ago we asked her to help us buy a smaller home and help us sell our home in Westfield. For personal reasons we weren’t ready to part with our home just yet. At the time she was so attentive, knowledgeable and professional, that we knew that when we were ready to sell we trusted her so much that we called her immediately to go through this process again. It’s an odd market right now and she was with us every step of the way. She helped us find and close on smaller home in a nearby town, and helped us get our Westfield home in perfect selling shape. She has contacts with painters, gardeners, decorators—you name it!—at her disposal—and all trustworthy people who would come and help us just because we mentioned her name. She was there for us every step of the way with white glove professional service. To her immense credit, she was on the phone with us even when she needed to leave town on a family emergency, just to make sure we were satisfied. She is so hard working and friendly. She keeps her cool even in stressful times. She made recommendations on how to proceed with certain transactions and we trusted her. As it turned out her recs were spot on.
